By accessing and using UltimateMe (the "Platform"), operated by Ultimate Multimedia Consult and Yaaka Digital Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
UltimateMe provides spiritual intelligence tools, AI-guided answers, prayer creation, and community features. We do not provide licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. All spiritual guidance generated by the AI should be interpreted at your own discretion.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., Prime, Platinum, Ultimate). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others in the Sacred Circle community, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
